Each real estate transaction is unique whether it is the parties involved or the land being transferred. Call us and we will discuss your transaction with you at no cost and give you our best price.
We charge for preparing deeds, our title examination, preparing and executing all the closing documents, and title insurance. We only charge for the work we do, and we don't add in fees for necessary services in your transaction. We do have to collect transfer taxes, property taxes, and recording fees, etc., but we pay those on your behalf so that you have the peace of mind that your transaction will be closed without any surprises down the road.
